Bill Berman, Ph.D., ABPP

Bill Berman photoBill is a seasoned consultant with more than 25 years experience as an academic, clinician, senior line manager and consultant / coach. He has been assessing individuals since 1983, delivered organizational consulting and coaching since 1993, and has worked with a wide range of companies and leaders since returning to full-time consulting in 2004. Bill has worked with senior leaders, GMs and C-suite individuals from companies like Diageo, Lexis Nexis, Novo Nordisk, Playtex, Reed-Elsevier, Starwood Hotels, Thermo Fisher Scientific, UBS and alternative investment groups.

Previously, Bill started his own software company in 1995 to track healthcare performance, which he grew and subsequently sold to The Echo Group, an enterprise healthcare information management system vendor. He served on their executive management team as the head of professional services, expanding the function to generate 25% of annual corporate revenues through consulting, implementation, training, and support functions. Bill’s early career included clinical and executive consulting work, teaching at Cornell University Medical College, and full time academic research and teaching at Fordham University, where he received tenure in 1994. Bill received his B.A. from Harvard College, and his Ph.D. from Yale University. He is licensed in NY and CT, and is a fellow of the American Psychological Association and board certified by the American College of Professional Psychology.

 

Beth Minton, M.S., MBA

Beth Minton photoBeth has over 30 years of business management and consulting and executive coaching experience. Her expertise lies in helping people understand themselves and others, facilitating group processes, teaching useable people skills, and guiding progress toward business and personal goals. Beth’s skills and perspectives result from her diverse and rich background. She began her career as an officer in the US Coast Guard, spent five years as a brand manager in packaged goods companies, was a strategic planning and organizational effectiveness consultant for 14 years, and has been coaching executives, high-potential leaders and teams for the last decade. Equally as diverse are her clients, which have included KB Home, Nortel Networks, Research Triangle Institute, Novo Nordisk, Easter Seals UCP, and GKN Driveline.

Beth has been certified as a Professional Coach by the International Coach Federation (PCC) and Coaches Training International (CPCC). She also holds certifications in several individual, team and 360 degree feedback assessments. Her MBA is from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, and she holds an MS in Industrial Psychology from California State University at Long Beach.

 

Ed Bancroft, M.A.

Ed Bancroft photoEd specializes in executive development and coaching. Ed’s consulting experience includes clients in health care, non-profits, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, distribution and energy. These clients have ranged from 50 to 50,000 employee organizations. He takes pride in practical solutions molded to the specific organization’s strategic issues. Ed is an experienced leader. He was a World-Wide Partner and Midwest Performance and Rewards Practice Leader for Mercer Human Resource Consulting, national performance management consulting leader for Watson Wyatt, senior management development specialist for Perrone-Ambrose Associates and Regional Training Director for ACTION. Ed has a Masters from Loyola University in Chicago in Urban Studies, and completed the Program Specialist in Organization Development certification from National Training Laboratories.

 

Brian Bienn, Ph.D.

Brian BiennBrian Bienn is a licensed organizational psychologist. During his 25 year career he has consulted with executives and owners across a wide array of businesses. His areas of expertise include leadership assessment, executive and high potential coaching, leader transition coaching, Partnering and team building, and emotional intelligence. Brian serves as an adjunct executive coach with the Center for Creative Leadership. He has worked extensively with organizations in the following sectors: service and distribution, technology, construction, financial services and hospitality.

 

 

 

Glenn J. Kaufman, M.A.

Glenn J. KaufmanGlenn is an independent career coach and founder of Leadership Career Solutions. He has over 30 years of corporate experience, most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Organization Planning and Development at LexisNexis. Prior to that, he spent over 15 years at American Express in various executive roles.

Glenn holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Antioch University, and studied Anthropology and South Asian Studies at Columbia University.

With his combined business experience and academic preparation, Glenn is uniquely suited to work with business professionals in reaching their career goals.

 

Valerie White, Ph.D.

Valerie WhiteValerie White is an executive coach with extensive experience in behavior change and assessment center development and implementation both nationally and internationally. During the past 18 years she has been privileged to work with many Fortune 500 companies to assist them in enhancing their leadership capabilities through individual coaching and through larger organizational programs. She primarily works with senior level executives across a spectrum of functions. Valerie has been a coach for the past 10 years in a best in class assessment and development program at Johnson & Johnson and was among a small number of global coaches selected for several tiered year long leadership programs at Diageo. Her work has often taken her to Europe and Asia to work with the executives in country In addition to leadership development work, Valerie has assisted companies in implementing best practice change management through senior level advisory roles as well as workshops for employees. She is co-author of First Impressions: What You Don’t Know About How Others See You, 2004, Bantam. This book was nominated for a Books for a Better Life Award and is being published in 18 languages. She has presented with her co-author at the 92nd Street Y in New York and has been a guest on the Today Show, Good Morning America, MSNBC, NPR and the BBC. She has been featured in numerous periodicals and has been interviewed for British and German television.
